Wherever it runs, your records stay in their own secure database, and a few small PHP files handle uploads and email, so almost any web host can serve it.

Your pay rules, written like a spreadsheet

Every column in a payroll is yours to define: earnings, deductions, lookups and formulas. Write MIN({Monthly} * 2%, 200) once and every cutoff, payslip and remittance follows it.

  • Formulas can branch on the 15th or 30th, the run type and the company
  • Save named schemas, switch when policy changes
  • A hand-edited cell keeps its value and shows that it was edited

Biometrics in, a DTR you can prove

Upload the export from any biometric device. Payrelle matches each device code to a person, builds the daily time record against their shift, and shows its working on every day.

  • Late, undertime, overtime and night differential per day
  • Device codes nobody owns are listed, never guessed
  • Re-upload keeps the approvals you already gave

Nothing typed by hand counts until it's approved

Overtime, adjustments and any amount someone types in wait for an approver. Leave, overtime, travel and document requests go through your own approval chain, and an away approver never blocks the line.
